Estudios
Estudió Ingeniería en Informática en la Universidad Experimental del Táchira (UNET). Actualmente estudia Derecho en la Universidad Católica del Táchira (UCAT).

Por cosas de la vida conoció las libertades individuales a través del software libre desde donde luego adoptó el liberalismo para llevar estas libertades a la sociedad.
Se considera un liberal clásico, defensor de las libertades civiles, políticas y económicas así como de la propiedad privada. Actualmente se desempeña como representante para la Organización por la Democracia Liberal en Venezuela (ODLV) en el Táchira y así mismo es el encargado de las relaciones públicas de la organización.

El Banco Venezuela pasará a ser unos de los bancos mas sólidos de Latinoamérica, mientras se concreta la compra de Banesco que se hará efectiva en los próximos meses, para eso Venezuela esta pidiendo el préstamo a Brasil, los demás bancos tendrán que adherirse a la nueva política bancaria socialista del estado de lo contrario serán expropiados, entre las políticas que estarán decretando:
Politica Bancaria Socialista
1) Las cuentas con saldos mayores a 10.000 Bs.f serán congeladas y el titular tendrá que justificar por escrito a CADIVI algún retiro que requiera hacer.
2) Serán deducidos de todas las cuentas el 1.5% mensualmente, esto para crear un fondo de ayuda a las misiones.
3) Para cuentas con saldos mayores a 20.000 Bs.F, habrá un impuesto al derecho bancario que oscilará entre 12% y 14% del monto de cada transacción, igualmente esto será destinado a las misiones.
4) El primer banco estatal del país cambiará de nombre, de Banco de Venezuela (+BANESCO) ahora se llamará BANCO SOCIALISTA DE VENEZUELA.
5) Anualmente cada titular de una cuenta corriente o de ahorro, deberá aportar el equivalente a entre 10 Bs.F y 15 Bs.F mensuales, para ayudar a las comunidades más pobres de Cuba y otros países pobres.
Esto es parte del proyecto de ley, se encuentra ya aprovado en 1ra. discusión en la Asamblea

Segundo, porque se habla de que es un proyecto de Ley y, si fuese cierto, ya sería de dominio público (los medios no son tontos, investigan; a parte, en la Asamblea Nacional hay diputados opuestos al Gobierno); a parte, ya se afirma que… ¡fue aprobado en primera discusión!
Tercero, ¿qué tiene que ver Cadivi con bolívares? (acá al mentiroso de oficio se le pasó ese detalle). Cuarto, por tan malo que sea el Gobierno, y por más fanáticos que lo integren, una medida como esta sólo sería llevado a cabo para autodestruirse.
No se dejen llevar por estos rumores que, de paso, son muy malos (véase otra vez la segunda razón: por favor, a parte que aprobar se escribe con B) y que, en lugar de perjudicar al Gobierno, lo que hace es arruinar a esos bancos por la estampida de ahorros lo cual, en última instancia, perjudica a los que tenemos nuestro dinero en esos bancos (sin importa, dicho sea de paso, la postura política de cada persona).
